A winter storm will impact the region late Monday into Tuesday,
bringing the potential of an accumulating snowfall. Highest amounts 
are currently expected in the lower Hudson Valley and southern 
Connecticut, with lesser amounts along the coast, particularly for 
New York City and Long Island, where a changeover to rain is expected.
